If you’re having trouble changing your habits, the problem isn't you but the system itself, Bad habits repeat with the grounds of a wrong system for change. People tend to fall to the level of their systems rather than rising to the level of their goals. By giving you a taste of what this book is all about, it basically revolves around “ The Four Laws” which is – make it obvious, attractive, easy and satisfying. Briefly, these laws help to build a good habit easily and effectively.

What sets this book apart is that the writer uses an entertaining way to reveal inspiring true stories of successful people who have used the science of small habits to master their crafts and vault to the top of their field.
