Canvas painting using acrylic paint and Impasto gel medium. The painting is inspired by the theme of Identity. My interest in the human mind and Mental Iiness inspired me to create a painting with the theme depicting Dissociative Identity Disorder. I found this idea very interesting in the way that multiple different personalties or identities can be present within one individual. Using fingerprint patterns to link each of the identities together, I have drawn together the main idea, that each personality is intertwined within one's own identity.
