An observational artwork about Speckles our school bantam. Cynric carefully observed the chicken for her shape, texture and movement. He used acrylic paint on cartridge paper and finger painting to make the body and a range of brushes to add texture and details. The additional brushstrokes in the background show the tan bark being tossed into the air when Speckles scratches the ground.
