This art piece was inspired by Mexican Yarn art created by the Huichol people that represented myths and stories of the Mexican culture and beliefs. This art piece was created by using colourful wool and yarn. My design was inspired by the Mexican art and the beautiful array of colours in their yarn art. I chose to create focus on shapes and patterns that reflect the art of the Huichol people.
