The subject matter I set out to achieve for my final artworks involved the built world within Australia, with a heavy focus on architecture and exterior structures found in different landscapes. Thus, the use of the freeway and the house in my final artworks conveyed industrial and suburban environments, respectfully. I wanted my two final artworks to reflect on the specific elements and structure found in contrasting environments, and the type of atmosphere they foster.
