My inspiration for this design came from my passion for cooking and baking, and cake makers like Rosana Pansino. Passion is a big part of my identity. This artwork was also inspired by the work of Atong Atem, an Australian artist who explores ideas around identify and belonging and mixes it with her passions. The work was created using face painting and photography.
