I've been around Eve on and off for years. I've seen many issues with it, and have seen many great things.
Now that I am out of the military and have a flexible job, I'd love to have the chance to represent the "little guy" in the Eve community. Someone who isn't part of a major coalition and wants to find a way to change nullsec for the little guy...
