Do whatever is in the best interest of the players to give them the best gaming value for their time in the game. Generally work towards a less nerfed and more engaging universe on all levels. Smack down counterproductive ideas and nerfing. Add to the little enhancements that can mean a lot to play. Balance hi-sec a bit to be both more yet less "safe". Add a tiny bit off balance to low sec to be more conducive to newer and older players to go there and do stuff. Some things for this would be pushing for an adjustment to CONCORD coupled with a radical change in how bounties work. Did I mention the resistance to nerfing Eve enough yet?
