Ingredients
1 - 15 oz can pumpkin
1 - 10 oz can evaporated milk
1 cup brown sugar
3 eggs, slightly beaten
3 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1 box yellow cake mix
2 sticks butter, melted
1 cup pecans, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup toffee bits, optional
Preheat oven to 350. Spray 9 x 13 pan lightly with cooking/baking spray. In large bowl combine pumpkin, milk, sugar, eggs and pie spice. Stir and pour into pan. Sprinkle box of cake mix evenly on top, followed by nuts and toffee bits. Pour melted butter evenly on top. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until middle is set and edges brown.
