Butter, frozen unbaked, unrisen diner rolls, chopped rosemary (optional) Melt 1 tablespoon butter in an iron skillet. Remove from heat and let cool 10 minutes. Place frozen dinner rolls in warm skillet, leave space between them. (I get 8 or 10). Cover with a dish towel and set aside in warm place for at least 2 hours. When risen,the rolls will be puffy and soft. Melt 2 tablespoons butter, then brush onto rolls. Sprinkle rolls with rosemary. Sprinkle with sea salt. Bake 15 to 20 minutes. Enjoy
