Ingredients
1 pound breakfast sausage, browned
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups half and half
1 can Rotel, drained
Preheat oven to 350. Spread sausage evenly on bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Spread cheese and Rotel over meat. In large bowl, beat together half and half and eggs. Pour over cheese. (May refrigerate at this time). Top with frozen tater tots. Bake for 45 minutes. Cool 5-10 minutes before serving.
