Ingredients:
2-3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp paprika
Salt & pepper, to taste
1/4 cup olive oil
For Buffalo Ranch Dip:
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/4 cup buffalo sauce
1 tbsp sour cream
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
Prepare the chicken: Slice chicken breasts into strips. In a bowl, combine Parmesan, breadcrumbs, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Cook the chicken: Coat the chicken strips with olive oil, then dredge them in the Parmesan mixture. Fry in a hot skillet for 4-5 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
Make the dip: Mix together ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, and sour cream until smooth.
Serve: Garnish the chicken with fresh parsley and serve with buffalo ranch dip on the side!
