Can of grands biscuits cut into quarters.

1lb of sausage cooked crumbled.

6 eggs beat together with 1/2 cup milk, salt and pepper.

Shredded cheese of your choice

Packet of white breakfast gravy mix, prepared by the instructions.

Spray 13x9 casserole.

Place biscuits on bottom

Spread sausage over biscuits, grease and all

Sprinkle cheese over sausage

Whisk or beat egg mixture once more and pour over the whole thing

Then pour prepared gravy over everything and top off with more cheese.

Bake at 350 for about 25-30 minutes.

This makes alot to me, but it turned out great.

Will be making this for the holidays too.

You can add any meat you want I imagine. A friend added link sausage chopped and it was fantastic too.
