1 pound lean ground beef
1 pound ground pork
4 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cumin
2 cloves garlic crushed
1 jigger or 1 ounce tequila
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Place in ziplock bag and refrigerate 2 to 3 hours or overnight to allow flavors to blend with meat. Or use immediately.
When ready to prepare, form into patties and fry until done.
