1 lb ground beef
1/2 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tbsp yellow mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 egg, beaten
1 small onion, finely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a mini muffin tin or line with paper liners.
Prepare the Meatloaf Mixture: In a large bowl, combine ground beef, crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, beaten egg, and chopped onion. Mix until well combined.
Shape the Meatloaf Bites: Spoon the meatloaf mixture into the mini muffin tin, filling each cup about three-quarters full. Press down gently to compact the mixture.
Bake: Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until cooked through and tops are slightly browned.
Serve: Let cool slightly before removing from the tin. Serve warm with dipping sauces of your choice.
