Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp of Butter
- 5 garlic Cloves, chopped
- 2 tbsp of cooked Bacon Bits
- 1/4 cup of Heavy Cream
- 1/4 cup of Jack Cheese
- 1 tbsp of Chives
- 2 tsp of Flour
Directions:
1. Melt butter in medium high heat skillet. Add garlic to brown (2 mins).
2. Add bacon and let cook for 2 more minutes.
3. Finally, lower your temperature to low and add cream, cheese, chives and flour. Mix thoroughly and let simmer over fire till thickened (about 8-10 mins). Stir frequently.
4. Pull off, let rest for 2-3 minutes and enjoy
