Ingredients
1-2 lbs ground beef
1 med-large onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1 cup uncooked white rice
2 (14.5 oz) cans diced tomatoes
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Directions
Brown beef & bell pepper in large skillet over medium heat.
When beef is browned add onion and cook till translucent.
Drain off fat
Add uncooked rice. 2 cups of water, tomatoes, garlic salt, paprika, chili powder, pepper Bring to boil - reduce heat - cover skillet - simmer for 2 0 minutes- stir occasionally till rice is done
