22 oz caramels
1 cup whipping cream
2 cups oats
2 cups brown sugar
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
3 sticks butter (melted)
2 cups chocolate chips
Mix caramels and whipping cream together.
Mix oats, brown sugar, flour, and baking soda. Stir in melted butter.
Put 1/2 oat mixture in greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle chocolate chips over baked base, then drizzle caramel over top. Crumble remaining oat mixture over top and bake for 15 minutes.
Cool 4 hours or overnight.
