1 cup olive oil
¼ cup fresh chopped parsely (palm full of dried)
1 lemon juiced
2 tablespoons hot sauce
3 cloves minced garlic
1 tablespoon tomato paste (most of a little can)
2 tablespoons dried oregano
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 lbs large shrimp – peeled and deviened
Mix everything together and marinate in the refrigerator for at least a couple hours.
Put on sticks and grill.
