3 pounds new potatoes, whole with skins
I/4 cup butter
l/4 cup sour cream
2-3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon coarsely ground black pepper
Cook potatoes until just tender; drain and keep warm. In a saucepan, melt butter and sour cream. Add butter, sour cream, parsley, salt and pepper to potatoes and toss lightly until well coated.
Serve immediately.
