2 lbs ground beef
1 small onion
8 oz can tomato sauce
6 oz can tomato paste
1 1 /2 6 oz can water
1 can Rotel's tomatoes with green chilies
1 tsp chilies powder
1 tsp oregano
tsp cumin
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced
Sauté onion in small amount oil, add beef and cook until browned. Add all other ingredients and simmer about 1 hour. Thicken sauce with a little flour paste.

shredded lettuce
chopped tomatoes.
chopped avocadoes
grated sharp cheddar cheese
chopped green onions
chopped black olives
