Ingredients
1 - 6 oz box seasoned croutons
1 lb. browned breakfast sausage or ham
4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons dried onion flakes
4 eggs
2 1/2 cups milk
1/4 dried mustard powder
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup milk
Place croutons in 9 x 13 pan. Put sausage or ham on top. Sprinkle 2 cups cheese over meat and top with onions. Mix eggs, 2 1/2 cups milk and dry mustard together (I add hot sauce) and pour over all. Cover and refrigerate over night. Mix soup and 1/4 cup milk. Spread over casserole. Sprinkle 2 cups cheese on top. Bake 350 for 1 1/2 hours or until brown and bubbly.
