Ingredients
1/2 pound bacon, cut into pieces
2/3 cup chopped onion
1 can great Northern beans, undrained
1 can butter beans, drained and rinsed
1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
Preparation
In Dutch oven, cook bacon. Remove to paper towels, reserving 1 tablespoon drippings. Add onion and cook until tender. Stir in the remaining ingredients, return bacon to pan. Transfer to a greased2 quart baking dish. Cover and bake 325 foe 30-35 minutes. Uncover and cook to desired consistency.
