2 lb ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tsp ( each ) salt & pepper
1 - 14.75 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
1/2 lb velveeta cheese, cubed
hamburger buns
Directions
In a medium skillet, brown ground beef with the onions, salt and pepper...until beef is no longer pink and onions are translucent. Drain.
Add burger back to the pan; blend in the cheese and soup. Simmer until cheese is melted, stirring continuously.
Serve on buns with a nice ripe slice of tomato. ( optional )
