16 eggs, boiled and cooled 2 teaspoons salt
4 tablespoons sugar
½ teaspoon caraway seed 2 garlic cloves
4 cups cider vinegar
8 black peppercorns
2 heads dill
Boil eggs and cool. Mix remaining ingredients, except dill, and bring to boil and boil 10 minutes. Pour over eggs, add dill.
Let set 10 days.
