Client Anniversaries & Birthdays

Because we are amazing and value our clients, we keep tabs on their anniversaries, birthdays, and special dates.

When one comes around, we all either sign a card or have a virtual one created by the design team, and depending on the occasion, purchase a gift for them from the #SavvySquad.

Be sure to advise the General Manager of any special dates for your clients. Recurring ones like birthdays and anniversaries will be added Teamwork task lists for the General Manager and/or Office Administrator to action.
