Client Anniversaries & Birthdays

Because we are amazing and value our clients, we keep tabs on their anniversaries, birthdays, and special dates.

When one comes around, we all either sign a card or have a virtual one created by the design team, and depending on the occasion, purchase a gift for them from the team.

Be sure to advise the Marketing Manager of any special dates for your clients. Recurring ones like birthdays and anniversaries will be added Teamwork task lists for the Client Success Manager or Marketing Manager to action.
