23-08 Supplemental Budget

Resolution 23-08: ADOPTING A SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2022-2023

Whereas poor record-keeping and data resulted in certain requirements being over- and under-budgeted for the fiscal year,

BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Sodaville hereby adopts the supplemental budget for the 2022-2023 fiscal year. Upon adoption by the City Council, the Supplemental Budget will be filed at Sodaville City Hall, 30723 Sodaville Road in Lebanon, OR.

BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council adopts the following changes to requirements in the General Fund:

Admin Amount +/- Change = Result

City Recorder $22,000.00 - $700.00 $21,300.00

Consultants $2,500.00 + $500 $3,000.00

Liability Insurance $1,700.00 + $200 $1,900.00

Streets Amount +/- Change = Result

Public Works Director $14,600.00 - $400.00 $14,200.00

Consultants $1,400.00 + $300 = $1,700.00

Liability Insurance $1,200.00 + $100 = $1,300.00

Water Amount +/- Change = Result

Public Works Director $23,600.00 - $5,200.00 = $18,400.00

Electricity $3,500.00 + $1000 = $4,500.00

Non-Routine Quality Monitoring $500.00 + $1500 = $2,000.00

Operating Supplies $1,000.00 +$1000 = $2,000.00

Consultants $6,000.00 +$1200 = $7,200.00

Liability Insurance $2,000.00 +$500 = $2,500.00
