WHEREAS, The following transfer is permitted within the 1999-2000 budget year,

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the City of Sodaville, City Council transfers the following;

A. WATER ENTERPRISE FUND O & M

1. $4,500 General Operating to:

Water Utility Reserve 2002

B. WATER ENTERPRISE FUND O & M

1. $2,000 Water Contingency to:

Water Materials & Services
