10-06 Interfund Transfers
RESOLUTION NO. 10-06
WHEREAS, when City Financials were released to the City in September 2010, the City learned that numbers that where used for the 2010/2011 Budget were not accurate the council decided then to make changes to the transfers that had been approved, and adopted by the Common Council, City of Sodaville on June 17" 2010, in Resolution No. 10-05.
WHEREAS, The following transfer was permitted within the 2010-2011 budget year, From the General Fund in the amount of $ 11,238.50 to the Water Enterprise Fund.
Based on the Audit from 2009/2010 Starting Balance Funds in each fund are:
General Fund: $-25,211.00
Street Fund: $23,692.00
Water Enterprise Fund: $ -22,743.00
Major Repair and Maintenance Fund: $ -3,058.00
Capital Acquisition Fund remains at $ 17,379.00
NOW, THEREFORE LET IT BE RESOLVED THAT the City of Sodaville, City Council make the following changes to the transfers approved, new transfers and the starting fund balances, as adopted for the 2010-2011 Budget Resolution No.10-05.
No transfer is made from the General Fund for the amount of $ 11,238.50 to the Water Enterprise Fund.
Transfer from the Water Enterprise Fund to the General Fund in the amount $26,000.00
Transfer from the Capital Acquisition Fund to the Major Repair and Maintenance Fund in the amount of $5,000.00.
