AN ORDINANCE DECLARING THE CITY'S ELECTION TO RECEIVE STATE REVENUES.
The City of Sodaville ordains as follows:
Section 1.
Section 1.
Pursuant to ORS 221.770, the City hereby elects to receive state revenue for the fiscal year 1997-98.
