Resolution 96-5

Whereas, the Sodaville City Council has reviewed and gives authorization for Jim Udell Engineering & Surveying to:

A. Write description of area to be acquired from Russ Gaylord.

B. Write description for lot line adjustment to tax lot 200 including consolidation with tax lot 300.

C. Survey and set pins for tax lot 200 in locations where necessary.

D. [sic] Write a new description of tax lot 100 (after adjustment of a part to tax lot 200)

E. Identify location of well and NE corner of future fence.
