ORDINANCE NO. 9-14

AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 9-01 AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY

THE CITY OF SODAVILLE ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1.

Ordinance No. 09-01, the Water System Right of Way Use Ordinance, is hereby repealed.. [sic]

Section 2. Emergency.

As this ordinance is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public health, safety and welfare of the City of Sodaville, an emergency is hereby declared to exist; and this ordinance shall take effect immediately upon passage by the Council and approval by the Mayor.
