ORDINANCE NO. 35

AN ORDINANCE DECLARING THE CITY'S ELECTION TO RECEIVE STATE REVENUES.

The City of SODAVILLE ordains as follows:

Section 1.

Pursuant to ORS221.770, the city hereby elects to receive state revenues for fiscal year 1979-80.

An emergency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force immediately upon its passage by the council and approval by the Mayor.
