RESOLUTION #89-3

A RESOLUTION ADOPTING LEBANON FIRE DISTRICT ORDINANCE #89-001 WHICH ADOPTS THE STATE OF OREGON FIRE CODE BASED ON THE UNIFORM FIRE CODE PRESCRIBING REGULATIONS GOVERNING CONDITIONS HAZARDOUS TO LIFE AND FROM FIRE OR EXPLOSION: THEREFORE AND DEFINING THEIR POWERS AND DUTIES: AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY... ORS 478.924

WHEREAS, The City of Sodaville does hereby adopt Lebanon Fire District Ordinance #89-001 which adopts the State of Oregon Fire Code and

WHEREAS,

A. The Lebanon Fire District Ordinance #89-001 prescribes and designates governing conditions hazardous to life and property from fire or explosion.

B. Establishing a fire prevent bureau, officers and definition of those officers duties and power given to same.

Inasmuch, as it is necessary for the peace, health and safety of the citizens of Sodaville, an emergency is hereby declared and this Resolution (#89-3) shall be in full force and effective upon its passage by the City Council.
