84-01 Interfund Transfer
RESOLUTION 84-1
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS:
WHEREAS, the amount of time and money required by the City Recorder for LCDC Plan revision was greater than budgeted.
WHEREAS, the amount of time and money required by the City Recorder and Public Works Coordinator to process the Eastlinn Enterprises PUD was not budgeted,
WHEREAS, personal services for the 1983-84 Landscaping Grant were partially contract labor and therefore to be paid out of materials and services and personal services,
WHEREAS, administrative services and staff support work could not be paid for by the 1983-84 Landscaping Grant,
WHEREAS, the Grant was received after the adoption of the 1983-84 budget,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Sodaville Common Council authorize the transferring of the following:
A. $400.00 from Community Development Planning, Materials and SErvices [sic] to Community Development, Personal Services
B. $147.04 from Community Development Park, Personal Services to Commnity [sic] Development Park, Materials and Services.
C. $100.00 from Special REvenue [sic] Park, Materials and SErvices [sic] to Special REvenue [sic] Park, Personal SErvices [sic]
