ORDINANCE No. 19.

Amendment of Ordinance no. 2 Section 3 and 5. of the City of Sodaville.

To amend Ordinance No. 2 Section 3 by the following: The City of Sodaville ordains as follows:

ORDINANCE No. 2 Section 3, is hereby amended to read as folloes [sic];

The Recorder-Treasurer shall receive the sum of $10;00 (Ten Dollars) per month for Services rendered.

Amendment to go into effect July 1, 1965.

Ordinance No. 2 Section 5 is hereby amended to read as follows:

(2) The Marshall Salaries to stay at the set sum of $6.00 (Six Dollars) per month with the exception of a Mileage reimbursement of $5.00 (Five Dollars) if he patrols during the month. He has to show written report. Amendment to go into effect July 1, 1965.

(3) Mayor Increase in Salaries: The Common Council of Sodaville agreed upon Increase in Salaries for the Mayor of same City, Salaries to be raised to $3.00 (Three Dollars) per meeting. This resolution to go into effect July 1, 1965.
