A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A NEW PAY SCALE AND INCREMENTS FOR CITY EMPLOYEES

WHEREAS, it is necessary for the City of Sodaville to be equitable and consistent in its pay of its employees, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Sodaville, City Council approves the following:

[Position] > Initial Placement > Range > Increments > Intervals

Support Services Coordinator > 4.00-4.50 > 4.00-5.25 > .25 > 3 mo.-12mo.

Bookkeeper > 3.50-4.00 > 3.50-5.00 > .25 > 3 mo.-12mo.

Public Works Coordinator > 4.00-4.50 > 4.00 > 5.25 > .25 > 3 mo.-12mo.

Public Works Supervisor > 5.00-5.50 > 5.00-5.50

Groundskeeper > 3.50 > 3.50-4.00
