10-01 Interfund Transfers
RESOLUTION NO. 10-01
WHEREAS, when City Financials became current in January 2010, the City learned that numbers that where used for the 2009/2010 Budget were not accurate the council decided then to make changes to the transfers that had been approved, and adopted by the Common Council, City of Sodaville on June 25", 2009, in Resolution No. 09-10.
WHEREAS, The following transfers were permitted within the 2009-2010 budget year,
From the Street Fund for the amount of $ 11,222.06 to the Water Enterprise Fund.
From the Street Fund for the amount of $ 29,931.77 to the General Fund
From the Water Major Repair and Maintenance Fund for the amount of $ 7,500.00 to the Water Enterprise Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE LET IT BE RESOLVED THAT the City of Sodaville, City Council make the following changes to the transfers approved, and adopted for the 2009-2010 Budget Resolution No. 09-10.
From the Street Fund for the amount of $ 11,222.06 to the Water Enterprise Fund, becomes an Inter-Fund Loan.
No transfer is made from the Street Fund in the amount of $ 29,931.77 to the General Fund.
No transfer is made from the Water Major Repair and Maintenance Fund for the amount of $ 7,500.00 to the Water Enterprise Fund.
