ORDINANCE 80-4

AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO ANNEXATION OF LAND CONTIGUOUS TO THE CORPORATE LIMITS AND WITHIN THE URBAN GROWTH BOUNDARY OF THE CITY OF OSDAVILLE, OREGON, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
