RESOLUTION NO. 90-4
BEFORE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SODAVILLE
IN THE MATTER OF ACCEPTING )
JURISDICTION OVER CERTAIN )
COUNTY ROADS WITHIN THE )
CITY OF SODAVILLE )
WHEREAS, there are now County Roads within the city limits of the City of Sodaville; that by order #90-598, the Board of County Commissioners for Linn County has offered to surrender full and absolute jurisdiction for all purposes over those County roads described below; and, said County Roads described below upon transfer will become a part of the street system of the City of Sodaville, pursuant to ORS 373.270(7).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Sodaville, hereby accepts from Linn County the surrender of jurisdiction over the following listed County Roads;
Vine Street - From the West line of Spring St. East to Sodaville-Mountain Home Rd.
Spring Street - All that portion of Spring St. from a point approximately 50 feet on centerline North of Maple Street intersection, South to Vine St.
Sodaville Cut-Off Rd Extended - That portion of Sodaville Cut-Off Road projected Southeasterly approximately 1100 feet to its intersection with Maple St. thence East to County Road No. 31, Sodaville-Mountain Home Rd.
Maple Street - All that portion from County Road No. 31, Sodaville-Mountain Home Rd East to Washington Street.
