THE CITY OF SODAVILLE ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.
Ordinance 22-05 Section 3. is amended as follows:
(s). The Soda Springs Park will be closed from dusk until dawn 7 days a week. There is to be no persons in the Soda Springs pPark from 9:00 pm until 6:00 am April 1 to September 30 and from 8:00 pm until 7:00 am October 1 to March 31. The right to rest will not be infringed in Mineral Springs park from 9:00 pm until 6:00 am April 1 to September 30 and from 8:00 pm until 7:00 am October 1 to March 31, provided that an individual does not rest on the paved portion or inside the bathroom. The right to rest at Soda Springs Park will not be infringed provided that an individual does not rest on the basketball court, on playground equipment, or in the public bathrooms.
