ORDINANCE 89-1

AN ORDINANCE DECLARING THE CITY'S ELECTION TO RECEIVE STATE REVENUES.

Section 1.

The City of Sodaville ordains as follows:

Pursuant to ORS 221.770, the City hereby elects to receive state revenues for the fiscal year 1989-90.
