No 4 Street Vacation

(53-D)A Bill for an Ordinance to be designated as

ORDINANCE No. 4

Affirming that certain un-numbered ordinance passed by the council of the 6th day of January, 1940, authorizing the vacation of certain streets within the City of Sodaville, and assigning a number therefor for purpose of record.

The City of Sodaville ordains as follows:

Section 1.

That certain un-numbered ordinance passed by the Council of the City of Sodaville in regular session on the 6th day of January, 1940, vacating streets and parts of streets as follows:

All of Ash Street lying north of the north line of Rock Street and south of the north line of Main Street; also

All of Main Street lying east of the west line of Ash Street and west of the west line of Pine Street; also

All of Pine Street lying north of the north line of Rock Street and south of the south line of Main Street;

All of the said streets being and lying within the said Town of Sodaville, Oregon; save and except the rights and right-of-way of Linn County in and to Market Road No. 31; is hereby affirmed.

Section 2.

For purposesssof [sic] record this act is hereby designated as Ordinance No. 4 and by reference thereto the original copy of said ordinance which is a part and parcel of the minutes of the meeting of above named day and date, is made a part hereof as though it were fully extended.

Section 3.

An emergency is hereby declared to exist, and this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force immediately upon its passage by the council and approval by the mayor.
