A RESOLUTION APPROVING A VARIANCE AS REQUESTED

THE CITY OF SODAVILLE ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:

Approval of the variance request by Jason Hartl regarding property located at Township 12S, Range 01W, Section 31CD, Tax Lot 1700, 38352 St. Louis Street.

Set Back Variance of 8 feet from property line to build a garage.

Approval based upon adoption of the findings of fact as contained in the staff report. See attached.
