ORDINANCE 91-1

AN ORDINANCE APPROVING VARIANCE APPLICATION SUBMITTED BY B.L. McCALLIE.

On March 26, 1991, the Sodaville City Council held a public hearing on a variance application related to street construction standards for a planned unit development. The variance is intended to permit the construction of a local access road to serve a planned unit development without meeting the street requirements. The variance request was submitted by B.L. McCallie on February 28, 1991. The public hearing was continued until April 9th and was closed on that date.

The City of Sodaville hereby approves the variance request contingent upon the conditions, covenants and restrictions as shown in Exhibit 'A' and based upon the findings of fact as shown in Exhibit 'B'.
