Resolution No. 19-07

A RESOLUTION APPROVING A VARIANCE AS REQUESTED

THE CITY OF SODAVILLE ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:

Approval of the variance request by Anthony Morelos regarding property located at 30593 West View Drive, Township 12S, Range 01W, Section 31CD, Tax Lot 03300.

A Variance allowing the 12 x 16 shed placed on property to be moved to a new location by adjusting setback to 11 1/2 feet.

Approval based upon adoption of the findings of fact as contained in the staff report. See attached.
