VOLUNTEER RESOLUTION

Resolution No.8-10 for Policy Year 2008-09

A RESOLUTION EXTENDING CITY OF SODAVILLE WORKERS’ COMPENSATION COVERAGE TO VOLUNTEERS OF THE CITY OF SODAVILLE.

WHERAS [sic], the City of Sodaville elects the following:

Pursuant to ORS 656.031, workers’ compensation coverage will be not provided to volunteer workers.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Sodaville Mayor and Council Members of the City of Sodaville, County of Linn, and State of Oregon to deny worker's compensation insurance coverage as indicated above. This resolution will be updated annually.
