ORDINANCE 82-3

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 81-10 Section 1.A BY MAKING A CORRECTION IN THE FIRST LINE OF THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF SAID ORDINANCE AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY

THE CITY OF SODAVILLE ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1.

The first line of the legal description in Ordinance 81-10 is hereby amended and shall henceforth be read as follows:

A. Beginning at a 3/4" iron pipe said pipe being the N/E/ corner of Blk. 16....

Section 2.

The general welfare of the public will be promoted if this Ordinance takes effect immediately; therefore an emergency is declared and this Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage by the Council and its approval by the Mayor.
