RESOLUTION #88-1

RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF 9-1-1 FUNDS INCLUDING PRINCIPAL AND INTEREST TO THE FISCAL OFFICER - LINN COUNTY TREASURER - AND ALL QUARTERLY PAYMENTS THAT SHALL FOLLOW.

WHEREAS, the following transfer is to be permitted within the 1987-88 fiscal year,

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT:

Section 1.

The City of Sodaville, City Council transfers the following:

A. All Principal and Interest funds.

B. All Quarterly Payments which follow to Linn County Treasure-Fiscal Officer during the pendency of the contract approved in Section 2 of this Resolution.

Section 2.

The Mayor and City Recorder are authorized to enter into the attached agreement with Linn County for the operation of 9-1-1 Emergency dispatch center.
