ORDINANCE NO. 95-2

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY OF SODAVILLE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN MAP, AND THE SODAVILLE ZONING ORDINANCE #43 ZONING MAP, ESTABLISHED IN ORDINANCE 43, Dated October 8, 1979.

THE CITY OF SODAVILLE, OREGON, ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1:

(1) To redesignate the following parcels from Residential to Public:

a) Lot #1002, T12S; R2W, Section 36. This property is located at the south east corner of Middle Ridge Drive and Sodaville Cutoff Road, extending south to Vine Street. Exhibit C

b) Lot #1003, Tl25, R2W, Section 36. This property is a very small parcel located in the middle of Lot #1002. Exhibit C

(2) To redesignate the following parcels from Public to Residential:

a) Lot #4000, T12S; R2W, Section 36 Assessor Nap AD; Lot #3900, T12S; R2W, Section 26 Assessor Map AD. These two properties are adjoined and located between Sodaville Mountain Home Rd and Pine St., bordering Sodaville City Park to the north, and Maple St. to the south. Exhibit D

b) Lot #600, T12S; R2W, Section 36 Assessor Map DA.

This property is between Sodaville Rd and Pine St., and borders Maple St to the north, and lot #700 to the south. Exhibit E

c) Lot #700, T12S; R2W, Section 36 Assessor Map DA.

This property is between Sodaville Road and Pine St., and borders Lot #600 to the north, and Vine St. to the south. Exhibit E

(3) To redesignate the following parcel from Residential to Commercial:

Lot #4600, T12S; R2W, Section 36 Assessor Map AD.

This property is approximately five acres, and is located at the northeast corner of Sodaville Cutoff Rd., and Linn County Road No. 736. Exhibit F

SECTION 2:

The Comprehensive Plan Map is hereby amended. See Exhibit A

The Zoning Map of the City of Sodaville is hereby amended.
